DCP’s annual General Meeting has been scheduled for 3:00pm on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Dexter Pub (upstairs).

There are 3* trustee board positions up for re-election this year, responsible for the following functions:

1. Operations & Special Functions

  • Pirates Cove Storage
  • Season Selection
  • Costume Rentals
  • Board meeting schedule and logistics
  • Special events like Dexter Daze, Parades, etc.

2. Show Logistics

  • Rental spaces (i.e. Performance, Rehearsal, Auditions, Callback, etc.)
  • Cast/crew communication
  • Fees
  • Audition Monitors
  • Budget Liaison
  • School Liaison
  • Post mortem
  • Archive information to cast/crew/secretary

3. Marketing

  • Hanging posters and/or distributing flyers
  • Radio/TV spot
  • Church bulletins
  • Ordering Materials (i.e. Posters, Signs, T-shirts, Programs, etc.)
  • Permits

* Please Note: In a previous communication we stated 4 trustee board positions would be opening up. Unfortunately that is not the case, as only 3 positions are opening this year. Apologies for the miscommunication!
